Hosting A Drive

Finish with a Flourish
Every performance rates some form of recognition and review. Here's how you, as the Company Captain, can give your
drive a happy ending.
Recognize Your Donors
You may want to thank the donors in some special way. Your FBS Territory Manager will be glad to share ideas and
tell you about the recognition we provide for one gallon and multi-gallon donors. Your own recognition program
might include:
-
An honor roll of donors displayed in a prominent area
-
An award to the department or division with the highest percentage of employees donating
-
A story in an in-house publication, listing all donor names if space permits and feature a photo from your drive
-
Awards presentations at a special luncheon, dinner or even a staff meeting
-
A prize drawing among your donors for a special gift
-
Thank you notes or cards to all donors (not to mention your committee members)
-
Special recognition from your CEO, top management, pastor, president or other company/group leader
Evaluating Your Drive
The bloodmobile supervisor or your FBS Territory Manager will provide you with a comment sheet. Please complete and
return it as soon as possible. It will be helpful to us in evaluating this blood drive and planning your next blood drive.
Ask the donors for their opinions and feelings about the drive. Their responses can be invaluable to future group-sponsored
blood drives. Talk everything over with your FBS Territory Manager. Your experiences and insights can help us all serve
the community better.
